Senior Bench Sales Recruiter (US IT Staffing)

Location: SR Nagar, Hyderabad (Work from Office – Mandatory)

Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Bench Sales Recruiter with 3–5 years of proven experience in US IT Staffing and Bench Sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients, along with a successful track record of marketing consultants and securing placements across various technologies.

This role requires excellent relationship management, negotiation, and account management skills to maximize consultant placements and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, and EAD) to Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
  • Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with vendors, staffing partners, and client organizations.
  • Source and identify suitable contract opportunities through job portals, vendor networks, and direct client engagements.
  • Submit consultant profiles to relevant requirements and proactively follow up to secure interviews and placements.
  • Negotiate rates, contract terms, and commercial agreements with vendors and clients.
  • Coordinate with consultants throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including interview scheduling, preparation, onboarding, and project extensions.
  • Update and tailor consultant resumes to align with client requirements and market demands.
  • Maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, placements, and consultant availability.
  • Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, sales metrics, and placement statistics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the vendor and client network.

  • Required Qualifications

    • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in US IT Bench Sales.
    • Strong understanding of the US staffing industry, recruitment lifecycle, and consultant marketing process.
    • Proven experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 consultants.
    • Extensive experience using job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other sourcing platforms.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Strong ability to manage multiple consultants and requirements simultaneously.
    • Demonstrated success in achieving placement targets and revenue goals.
