Role Description

The Senior Beauty Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects Kimirica's luxury and self-care ethos. This role includes conducting personalized consultations, assessing individual beauty and skincare needs, and recommending suitable Kimirica products and routines. The Senior Beauty Consultant will demonstrate products, provide guidance on proper usage, and support customers in building tailored self-care regimens. Daily tasks also involve achieving retail sales targets, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring the store environment is welcoming and aligned with brand guidelines. The individual will coach junior team members, assist with inventory management, and collaborate with the store leadership team to execute promotions and customer engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong cosmetology and skin care skills, with the ability to provide expert, personalized beauty advice.
• Candidates should possess in-depth product knowledge, including ingredients, benefits, and usage across skincare, bath and body, and related categories.
• Candidates should possess customer service and interpersonal skills that support a luxury, customer-centric in-store experience.
• Candidates should possess retail sales skills, including upselling, cross-selling, and achieving individual and store-level targets.
• Beneficial qualifications include prior experience in beauty, skincare, or luxury retail, familiarity with vegan and cruelty-free products, and basic knowledge of inventory handling.
• Strong communication skills in English and local languages, professional appearance, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, are preferred.
