About the Role
We are looking for a well-groomed, customer-focused Beauty Consultant to join our retail team at Forest Essentials. The role involves delivering a premium customer experience, understanding individual skincare and beauty needs, recommending suitable products, and contributing to store sales targets while representing the brand's luxury service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a warm, personalized, and premium shopping experience.
- Understand customers skincare, haircare, body care, and beauty requirements through effective consultation.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Develop strong knowledge of products, ingredients, benefits, and usage to provide accurate product demonstrations.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets through effective selling and cross-selling.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, communication, and customer service.
- Ensure products are displayed according to visual merchandising and brand guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards of the store and product counters.
- Support stock management, inventory checks, replenishment, and billing activities as required.
- Maintain customer information and follow up with customers regarding products, offers, and new launches.
- Participate in product training sessions and continuously enhance product and skincare knowledge.
- Work closely with the Store Manager and team members to achieve overall store objectives.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduate/Undergraduate; relevant certification in Beauty, Cosmetology, Skincare, or Retail would be an advantage.
- Experience: 1–4 years of experience in Beauty, Skincare, Cosmetics, Luxury Retail, Fashion, Lifestyle, or Premium Retail.
- Candidates with experience as a Beauty Consultant, Beauty Advisor, Beauty Therapist, Skincare Consultant, Sales Consultant, or Customer Advisor will be preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of customer service and consultative selling.
- Presentable, well-groomed, and confident personality.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven retail environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per retail requirements.
