Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior sales manager with hands-on experience in B2B sales or a strong academic background in sales management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Good subject knowledge

• Drive B2B sales strategies and client acquisition for training, consultancy, and market intelligence services.

• Collaborate with business schools and educational institutions to deliver value-driven workshops, seminars, and sales bootcamps.

Provide sales training, mentorship, and subject-matter guidance to students and junior team members.

Develop strategic partnerships with industries and institutions for long-term growth.

Deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations with clients.

Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and innovations in sales techniques.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or education-related industries.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in training or academic engagement is a plus.
