Senior Bartender
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, bar operations, and guest engagement. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, maintains exceptional service standards, and can lead by example behind the bar.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to detail.
- Maintain deep knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and beverage trends.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through confident recommendations and engaging service.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence across all bar areas.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and bar requisitions.
- Train and mentor junior bartenders and bar staff.
- Uphold responsible alcohol service and safety standards.
- Collaborate with management on menu development, specials, and beverage programs.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve service issues when required.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of bartending experience, with at least 1 year in a senior or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of mixology, spirits, cocktail techniques, and bar operations.
- Excellent communication and guest-relations skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high service standards.
- Leadership mindset with the ability to train and motivate team members.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Hospitality or beverage certifications are an advantage.
