Senior Barista

Description

Nubo is a premium fast-casual real food brand in Delhi NCR. We're growing fast, and we're looking for a Senior Barista to run our bar, set the standard for every drink we serve, and help build our coffee team.

What you'll own

• Crafting espresso, specialty coffee and every drink on our menu, including smoothies and matcha
• Standardising drink recipes and specs across outlets so every cup tastes the same
• Building and running barista training, from onboarding to skill checks
• Training and guiding junior baristas on the floor
• Running the bar on your shift, start to finish
• Maintaining quality and consistency on every order
• Dialing in coffee and daily equipment care
• Keeping the bar clean, stocked and running smoothly

What we're looking for

• 2–4 years of barista experience, ideally in specialty coffee
• Strong espresso fundamentals: dialing in, milk texturing, latte art
• Experience writing recipe specs or training new baristas is a big plus
• Comfortable leading a small team during peak hours
• Calm under pressure, sharp with detail
• Genuinely cares about the customer experience
