Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of a cross-product developer framework
Contribute to feature implementation, testing, and delivery
Advocate for high-quality, standardized development practices
Facilitate and guide technical discussions across stakeholder groups
Mentor junior engineers and model engineering best practices
Maintain a balance between long-term platform goals and immediate solution needs
Manage expectations of development teams regarding project deliverables and timelines

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
8+ years of experience in application development
Strong experience with .NET (C#) and server-side application design
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, architecture, and design principles
High attention to detail, excellent analytical/problem-solving abilities
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and related technologies

Preferred:

Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with cloud deployments in Azure or AWS
Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server or Entity Framework
