Role Overview

We are hiring a backend-heavy, hands-on software engineer to join a global technology organization that builds mission-critical digital platforms for the aviation industry. The team works on large-scale systems used by airlines worldwide, focusing on reliability, automation, and performance at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and enhance scalable backend & frontend applications
• Develop modern UI components using React
• Improve performance, reliability, and system efficiency
• Work on CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and system optimization
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-impact solutions

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Strong backend experience in Python / Golang
• Experience owning or designing CI/CD pipelines
• Production-level hands on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• AWS experience is mandatory
• Advanced working knowledge of Linux and shell scripting
• Frontend expertise with React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Strong debugging skills and a system-level problem-solving mindset
• Ability to independently own and deliver backend components
