Senior Backend Developer

Job Summary

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend systems using C#, .NET, Python
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues
• Implement security measures and data protection protocols
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code and unit test cases
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in backend development
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software
• Manage webservers and configure services
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts
• Assist in transitioning from monolithic to microservices architecture

What You Bring

• 7-10 years of experience in backend development
• Ability to leading and mentoring the technical team
• Hands on experience in designing the backend systems
• Hands on experience in optimizing performance of backend services
• Strong proficiency in either C# .NET or Python
• Willingness and ability to learn the new language
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Solid understanding of OOPs concepts and database systems (SQL and NoSQL)
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS)
• Experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Understanding of Design patterns
• Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field
• Experience working with multiculture and multinational team
