Senior Backend Developers to architect and scale the backbone of applications. You will design APIs, manage services, and ensure high availability, performance, and security.
Salary: INR 45,00,000 - 65,00,000 / year (based on experience)
Responsibilities
- Build, scale, and maintain backend services powering mission-critical applications.
- Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Ensure system security, data integrity, and high availability.
- Collaborate with product and frontend teams for seamless integrations.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews.
- Drive architectural discussions and propose improvements.
Eligibility
- 4+ years of backend development experience
- Expertise in Node.js, Java, Python, or Go (based on your stack).
- Hands-on experience with databases: MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
