Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced Senior Backend and Database Developer and Team Lead for our backend team. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in full-stack development with extensive experience in backend development, with strong process optimization skills and innovative thinking to drive team efficiency and product quality.

Experience in AI/ML application backend workflows (e.g: MLFlow) and serving the models

Familiarity with at least one data processing platform (e.g., Spark, Flink, Beam/Google Dataflow, AWS Batch) Experience with Elasticsearch and other client-side data processing frameworks
Understand data management and analytics with metadata catalogs (e.g., AWS Glue), data warehousing (e.g., AWS Redshift)
