Job Overview

We are looking for experienced Senior Backend Developers to build scalable, high-performance backend systems for enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java backend development and should be willing to work with or learn Kotlin for server-side development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend systems and microservices
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs
• Work on enterprise-grade applications and platform development
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient production code
• Follow best practices in unit testing, TDD, and code quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
• Contribute to system design, performance optimization, and architecture discussions

️ Required Skills

Must-Have

• Strong experience in Java backend development
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot / Microservices architecture
• Solid understanding of REST API development
• Experience in enterprise application development
• Good understanding of:
• Unit testing (JUnit, Mockito)
• Testing strategies / TDD
• Problem-solving mindset and strong coding fundamentals

⭐ Good to Have

• Experience with Kotlin (server-side)
• (Not Android/Kotlin mobile development)
• Exposure to product/platform development
• Experience with:
• Cloud (AWS/Azure)
• Kafka or event-driven architecture
• Docker / Kubernetes / CI-CD pipelines

This role is strictly backend-focused.

Profiles with Android / Mobile development background (Kotlin Android) will not be considered.-
