Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Backend Developer based in New Delhi. The Senior Backend Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining back-end systems and services that power the iDesign.Market platform. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean, efficient code, ensuring system scalability and performance, troubleshooting and debugging back-end issues, and collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements. The role requires active involvement in refining system architecture and supporting the implementation of new technologies.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science principles such as algorithms, data structures, and system design
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including experience with server-side programming, databases, and APIs
- Solid skills in Software Development and Programming with proficiency in multiple programming languages
- Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and familiarity with software design patterns
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Experience in cloud technologies and containerization (e.g., AWS, Docker) is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
