Senior Backend Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Developer to lead the backend development of large-scale, real-time mobile applications. This role focuses on building high-performance server-side systems that support media-rich, real-time features for thousands of concurrent users. The candidate will provide technical leadership, ensure scalability and performance, and collaborate closely with mobile and frontend teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Backend Development & Architecture:
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of backend services using Java, Node.js, and C/C++.
• Architect and implement real-time communication services using WebSocket, WebRTC, and custom signaling protocols.
• Design scalable, robust, and secure APIs for mobile clients.
• Concurrency & Performance:
• Handle multi-threaded and multi-channel systems with high concurrency.
• Ensure data integrity and optimize systems for high throughput and low latency.
• Develop, test, and optimize backend services for performance and reliability.
• Integration & Collaboration:
• Collaborate with frontend/mobile developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and product managers.
• Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and architectural planning.
• Integrate backend services with mobile clients and other distributed systems.
• Ownership & Quality:
• Take ownership of features from concept to deployment.
• Ensure backend systems meet performance, security, and quality standards.
• Debug, monitor, and optimize backend performance across distributed systems.
