What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain robust backend systems using Laravel and NodeJS, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Work with MySQL/PostgreSQL and other relational databases to design optimized schemas and write efficient queries.
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers, product managers, and QA to deliver end-to-end features.
- Design RESTful APIs and microservices with clean architecture and secure endpoints.
- Own backend architecture decisions and contribute to improving system design, code quality, and developer workflows.
- Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve backend performance.
What We're Looking For:
- 710 years of proven backend development experience, with deep expertise in Laravel and NodeJS.
- Strong grasp of database design and optimization; comfortable working with both SQL and NoSQL.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and modern backend frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/DigitalOcean), CI/CD pipelines, and server-side security best practices.
- Bonus: Experience with ReactJS is a plus, but not mandatory.
