Title: Senior B2B Revenue Content Strategist

Revenue Optics partners with private equity firms and B2B distribution companies across the United States to architect proactive inside sales engines that drive measurable organic growth and EBITDA expansion. We work directly with CEOs, CROs, and PE operating partners inside large portfolio companies. Our work influences revenue strategy, commercial coverage models, and enterprise value creation We are building a category around Revenue Architecture and AI enabled inside sales systems. Narrative clarity and authority are central to our growth strategy.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior B2B Revenue Content Strategist to strengthen and scale our intellectual positioning in the market. This is a high exposure individual contributor role. You will work directly with the Founder and senior leadership to translate complex revenue strategy into clear, executive level content that resonates with private equity and enterprise buyers. You will have visibility into real US based revenue transformation initiatives and direct access to senior decision makers.
Key Responsibilities
Category Positioning
• Refine and articulate our Revenue Architecture positioning
• Develop strong points of view on inside sales systems and commercial coverage strategy
• Support messaging for Revenue AI offerings
• Ensure all content reflects institutional authority
Executive Thought Leadership
• Ghostwrite weekly LinkedIn content for the Founder
• Structure long form strategic essays and industry perspectives
• Convert transcripts and strategy discussions into polished content
• Develop themed content series aligned to growth priorities
Private Equity and Enterprise Messaging
• Craft messaging targeted to PE operating partners and portfolio executives
• Develop whitepapers and downloadable assets aligned to commercial diligence
• Translate operational improvements into EBITDA and margin impact language
Case Studies and Proof
• Lead development of enterprise grade case studies
• Extract quantified outcomes from client engagements
• Build narratives that clearly articulate financial impact
Sales Enablement Support
• Contribute language to capability decks and proposals
• Support webinar scripts and executive presentations
• Align narrative themes with active pipeline strategy

Qualifications
• 5 to 8 years experience in B2B content strategy, consulting, SaaS, or revenue enablement
• Proven ability to write for executive audiences
• Strong commercial and financial literacy
• Ability to structure complex business ideas clearly
• Experience building thought leadership programs preferred
