Role Overview
FutureTEC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Azure Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale cloud solutions and digital transformation initiatives on Microsoft Azure.
This is a strategic, client-facing role that combines architecture leadership, advisory capability, and hands-on expertise. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting FutureTEC's Microsoft partnership journey, ensuring alignment with certification requirements, best practices, and enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
- Design secure, scalable, and highly available Azure architectures
- Lead cloud migration, modernization, and transformation initiatives
- Define architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and business objectives
Client Engagement & Advisory
- Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise and government clients
- Lead technical workshops, architecture discussions, and strategy sessions
- Translate business requirements into scalable Azure solutions
- Provide executive-level technical guidance
Pre-Sales & Strategic Support
- Support presales activities including solution design, proposals, and RFP responses
- Participate in customer meetings and technical presentations
- Contribute to building Microsoft-aligned service offerings
Delivery Oversight & Leadership
- Oversee implementation quality and ensure adherence to architecture standards
- Support engineering teams in complex technical challenges
- Mentor team members and contribute to capability development
Required Certifications (Mandatory)
- AZ-305 Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert
Preferred Certifications (Strong Advantage)
- AZ-104 Azure Administrator Associate
- AZ-400 Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
- Additional certifications in Data, AI, or Security
- Candidates with multiple Azure certifications are strongly preferred.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure, or solution design
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Proven experience designing enterprise-scale cloud solutions
- Experience working with enterprise or government clients
- Strong understanding of cloud security, networking, and governance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
