POSITION: Senior Azure Data Engineer

LOCATION: Chennai/Hyderabad/Bangalore/Remote

DURATION: Full Time.

Notice Period: Immediate joiner/ Serving notice less than 30 days

Shift hours: 3-12 am

• Job Description:

1. Document current list of source systems, conduct analysis:

2. Evaluates data formats, types, and constraints

3. Examines keys and dependencies, such as identifying foreign key relationships between tables

4. Responsible for understanding source systems, data flows and their data models

5. Responsible for analyzing data to validate business domains and requirements

6. Close collaboration with Data Architect to design new data models and new views

7. Develop source to target mappings for data lineage (STTM)

8. Responsible for data profiling and ensuring data quality requirements are accurate and complete

9. Validates that data integration, data movement, and warehouse meets requirements and service-level agreements

10. Works with architects to translate requirements into technical specifications

11. Design and implement scalable data pipelines on Azure.

12. Develop and optimize data storage solutions.

13. Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards.

14. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

15. Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues.

16. Maintain up-to-date documentation for data processes.
