Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Azure Data Engineer to architect, design, and lead the development of scalable and high-performance data solutions on the Azure platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Azure data services, ETL frameworks, and data warehousing, along with the ability to guide teams and drive best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect end-to-end data pipelines and data platforms on Azure

• Lead the development and optimization of ETL/ELT processes for large-scale data processing

• Work extensively with Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Synapse Analytics

• Build and manage data lakes using Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS Gen2)

• Define data models and implement data warehousing solutions

• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are met

• Optimize performance of SQL queries, stored procedures, and data workflows

• Integrate and manage data using RedPoint or similar customer data platforms

• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions

• Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and enforce best practices

• Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement robust monitoring solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Having 7+ Years of expereince in Azure Data Engineering

• Strong experience in designing and implementing ETL/ELT pipelines

• Extensive hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF)

• Expertise in Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and event-driven architectures

• Strong knowledge of Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS Gen2)

• Advanced proficiency in SQL Server (query optimization, indexing, performance tuning)

• Solid understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and big data concepts

• Experience in handling large-scale, distributed data systems Data Engineer

• Exposure to RedPoint or similar data integration/CDP tools

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., DP-203)

• Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics or Databricks

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for data engineering

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
