We are looking for a Senior Analytics Solution Architect to join the Data Analytics & AI team and support the design and delivery of enterprise-scale analytics solutions. In this role, you will act as the key architectural interface between business delivery teams and the broader enterprise data landscape.
You will collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Data Platform teams, IT Service Managers, and external delivery partners to ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality analytics solutions aligned with enterprise standards and business expectations.
Your tasks
- Reviewing and validating analytics solution architectures to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements
- Collaborating with IT Service Managers, Application Managers, and delivery teams across project and operational phases
- Aligning analytics solutions with enterprise architecture standards and data platform guidelines
- Translating business requirements into scalable and optimized analytics solutions
- Evaluating proposed vendor solutions, data architectures, and reusable analytical models
- Recommending technologies, frameworks, and services to support scalability and performance requirements
- Providing technical leadership and mentoring to delivery and operations teams
- Identifying optimization and innovation opportunities for existing and new analytics solutions
- Supporting architectural governance and promoting knowledge sharing across analytics teams
- Contributing to problem and incident management activities by supporting issue resolution and identifying recurring defects
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead in enterprise analytics environments
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Synapse and Azure Data Lake
- Practical experience with Databricks and large-scale analytics solution delivery
- Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, containerization, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of enterprise data architecture and modern analytical platform design
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments using Scrum or Kanban methodologies
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders in global environments
- Fluent English (minimum B2 level)
