Key Responsibilities
1. Medical Content Development
- Create detailed clinical scripts and communication guidelines for doctor-patient interactions.
- Develop SOPs for diagnosis, consultation, follow-up and treatment protocols, AYURVEDA specific.
- Build structured training manuals, case study libraries and assessment modules.
2. Internal Training & Capability Building
- Conduct onboarding and continuous skill-enhancement training for Traya doctors.
- Run refresher programs on protocols, product updates, and new clinical findings.
- Monitor quality of consultations and provide feedback to ensure consistent medical standards.
3. Clinical Expertise & Patient Outcomes
- Provide expert guidance for complex cases and escalations.
- Ensure evidence-based Ayurveda integration with modern science.
- Support outcome-tracking frameworks and improvement initiatives.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, R&D, marketing, operations, content and customer-experience teams.
- Advise marketing teams on medically compliant communication.
- Collaborate with product and R&D teams on new formulations, clinical trials and efficacy studies.
5. New Business & Strategic Projects
- Participate in planning and evaluating new medical service lines or business opportunities.
- Support expansion into new therapeutic verticals and partnerships.
- Provide domain leadership for pilot projects and launches.
6. Representation & Events
- Attend medical conferences, CME programs, brand events and partner meetings on behalf of Traya.
