About the Role
Lauren Information Technologies (Lauren IT) is seeking an experienced Senior AWS
Specialist Seller to drive enterprise cloud consulting sales in Mumbai. This is a critical
revenue-generating role where you will identify, qualify, and lead initial customer
engagements with a focus on AWS-based solutions and digital transformation
initiatives. As a technical sales expert, you will own the 1st and 2nd client meetings,
establish credibility and capturing business opportunities that fuel our growing AWS
consulting practice.
Primary Responsibilities
• Lead 1st and 2nd client meetings independently, establishing executive rapport
and understanding customer cloud transformation needs
• Identify, qualify, and pipeline enterprise opportunities with focus on AWS cloud
infrastructure, migration, and application modernization
• Partner with Account Managers to coordinate client setup, account structuring,
and opportunity development within assigned accounts
• Hand off qualified opportunities to Solutions Architects with clear business
context and technical requirements for advanced technical engagement
• Maintain strong pipeline discipline—forecast deals accurately, track opportunity
progress, and ensure smooth transitions to delivery teams
• Articulate AWS service capabilities (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS, IAM,
CloudFormation, databases, security, networking) in language that resonates
with business stakeholders
• Drive new business revenue growth within assigned region while building
collaborative relationships with internal teams and AWS partner ecosystem
Required Qualifications
• 5–6 years of sales experience in enterprise cloud solutions, AWS consulting, or
technology services
• Proven track record closing enterprise deals with deal sizes ranging from USD
100K–500K+
• Strong working knowledge of AWS services, cloud architecture fundamentals,
and common enterprise modernization patterns

• Ability to speak credibly about cloud infrastructure, security, databases, and
deployment models to both technical and business buyers
• Comfort working independently in 1st/2nd meetings while knowing when and
how to escalate to Solutions Architects
• Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills with
ability to build executive-level relationships
• CRM proficiency and comfort with sales tools, forecasting, and pipeline
management
Preferred Qualifications
• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect Associate, Cloud Practitioner, or
equivalent)
• Experience selling to BFSI, manufacturing, enterprise infrastructure, or digital
transformation initiatives
• Track record with AWS Partner Program.
