Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
5-9 years of hands-on experience in software testing, with a strong focus on Automation Testing.
Proven experience working as a Senior Automation Engineer or equivalent role in enterprise-scale applications.
Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Java, Python, or C#, with solid understanding of OOP concepts.
Extensive hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, TestComplete, or similar.
Experience automating web, API, and/or mobile applications across multiple platforms and browsers.
Strong expertise in writing complex SQL queries and working with databases such as Snowflake, Redshift, Oracle, databricks, or SQL-based systems.
Excellent understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC/STLC, test design techniques, and QA best practices.
Experience working with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
Required Qualifications & Skills
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of automation initiatives in in a a fast-paced Agile environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with exposure to test planning and estimation.
Knowledge of performance testing tools and concepts is an added advantage.
ISTQB, CSTE, CSQA, or other relevant testing/automation certifications are a strong plus.
