Senior Automation Tester

Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain automation frameworks for Web and API applications

Build automated regression and end-to-end test suites

Automate REST APIs using Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools

Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)

Perform performance testing using LoadRunner or JMeter

Validate event-driven systems (Kafka) and microservices

Collaborate with DevOps for AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes deployments

Analyze logs using tools like Splunk and Dynatrace

Mentor junior testers and drive automation best practices

Required Skills

8+ years QA experience, 5+ years in automation

Selenium (Java or Python)

API automation experience

Microservices architecture knowledge

AWS and CI/CD exposure

Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash preferred)

Database testing (SQL/NoSQL)

Nice to Have

Telecom or large enterprise experience

Performance testing expertise
