Role Description The Senior Automation Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhopal. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing automation systems for complex IT and industrial environments, ensuring reliable, efficient, and secure operations. The Senior Automation Engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, architect solutions, configure and integrate hardware and software, and validate system performance through testing and commissioning. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving automation issues, improving process control strategies, reviewing electrical designs, and implementing best practices for system reliability and safety. The role also includes mentoring junior engineers, preparing technical documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across projects.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Automation and Process Control skills for designing, implementing, and optimizing automated systems.
Candidates should possess solid Electrical Engineering skills to interpret electrical schematics, specify components, and ensure safe integration of control systems.
Candidates should possess advanced Troubleshooting skills to diagnose complex system issues and implement effective corrective actions.
Candidates should possess experience in Robotics and related control technologies for system integration and deployment.
Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
Experience in PLC/SCADA/DCS systems, industrial communication protocols, and safety standards.
Ability to lead projects, mentor team members, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with a focus on quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.
