Senior Automation Engineer

Duration : 7 Months

The Power Platform & Copilot resource will design, develop, and support business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages) and Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio to automate processes, enhance productivity, and enable AI driven business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power Apps (Canvas & Model Driven) for business applications

• Create and optimize Power Automate flows for workflow automation and system integrations

• Build Copilot solutions using Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents) for conversational AI use cases

• Integrate Copilot with M365 apps, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, and external systems

• Implement AI capabilities (AI Builder, Azure OpenAI integration where applicable)

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business insights

• Ensure solutions follow security, governance, performance, and compliance standards

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Support deployments, enhancements, troubleshooting, and documentation

• Provide guidance on Power Platform best practices and CoE standards

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform

• Experience with Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents

• Good knowledge of Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365 integrations

• Understanding of REST APIs, connectors, and expressions (Power Fx)

• Experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling)

• Familiarity with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, OpenAI – good to have)

• Knowledge of security roles, DLP policies, and environment strategy

• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing Copilot adoption or GenAI use cases

• Prior experience working in enterprise or global delivery environments
