Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior D&T Intelligent Automation Engineer to design, develop, and operate scalable automation and AI-enabled solutions across global operations. This role combines RPA, low-code platforms, and next-generation agentic AI to deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of intelligent automation solutions (design through support).
- Develop RPA and workflow solutions using platforms such as Automation Anywhere A360, UiPath, Power Automate, or ServiceNow App Engine.
- Design and implement AI-enabled agentic workflows leveraging LLMs and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, RAG pipelines).
- Integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems (SAP, CRM, cloud platforms) via APIs and web services.
- Ensure adherence to architectural standards, security best practices, and governance guidelines.
- Provide L3 support and drive continuous improvement through monitoring, logging, and optimization.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver high-impact automation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 58 years of experience in Digital & Technology, with strong focus on intelligent automation.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major RPA or low-code platform.
- Practical experience building LLM/GenAI-enabled automation solutions.
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript; experience with APIs, databases, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Exposure to Agentic framework and Platform - Orchestration , Langchain, :Langgraph , N8N, Zappier, Make.com
