We are looking for a Senior Automation Engineer with strong hands‑on experience in DCS‑based Process Automation. The role involves DCS coding, functional specs, commissioning, and ensuring compliance with GAMP & regulatory standards.

⭐ Mandatory Skills

• DCS Expertise (ABB 800xA preferred) – Control Builder, SFC, HW/SW configuration
• Batch / ISA S88 – EM, Phase, Recipe, Control Module design
• Pharma Standards – GAMP, 21 CFR, GDP
• Functional Specs – FS, DDS, Integration Specs, Test Protocols
• FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ – Commissioning, qualification & validation

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & review DCS automation code
• Prepare functional & design specifications
• Lead FAT/SAT, commissioning & qualification
• Work with process, mechanical & IT teams
• Mentor juniors & ensure project quality
