Senior Automation Engineer
Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.
Your role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation technologies, with deep expertise in Power Platform, Automate, Copilot, AI, and microservices. This role requires a proactive and innovative individual who can design, develop, and implement advanced automation agentic solutions to enhance operational efficiency and drive business impact.
Design and Development: Lead the design and development of automation solutions using Power Platform, Automate, and other relevant technologies.
Integration: Integrate automation solutions with existing systems and microservices to ensure seamless operation across the organization.
AI Implementation: Implement AI-driven features to enhance the capabilities of automation solutions, leveraging tools such as Copilot and machine learning models.
Project Management: Manage automation projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop solutions that align with business objectives.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation projects, including design specifications, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and junior team members on the use of automation tools and best practices.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve automation processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
You're the right fit if:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation engineering, with a focus on Power Platform, Automate, Copilot, AI, and microservices. Any functional domain experience in Finance, supply chain will be added advantage.
Skills:
Proficiency in Power Platform, Automate, Copilot, AI, and microservices architecture. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
