Job Title: Senior Automation EngineerCompany: Lars Medicare Pvt. Ltd.
Reporting To: HOD Production
Experience: 5-6 years
Responsibilities- Maintain strict discipline and professional conduct in the production area.
- Ensure automatic machine production output consistently meets defined targets.
- Execute and oversee preventive maintenance for assembly machines according to the scheduled timeline.
- Troubleshoot and perform corrective maintenance for semi-automatic and fully automatic machinery.
- Conduct descaling for tipping, collar forming, and blister packing machines to maintain performance.
- Propose and implement approved modifications to machine parts for process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Execute machine modifications to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation.
- Manage the inventory of spare parts and maintain detailed records of all spare part changes.
- Ensure all machinery is kept in optimal condition with no missing components or bolts.
- Maintain all required documentation and records in strict compliance with ISO standards.
- Impart technical training to operators and motivate the team to achieve production goals.
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation protocols within the cleanroom area.
- Strictly enforce and comply with all workplace health and safety norms.
- Optimize machine efficiency and implement strategies to minimize total breakdown time.
- Manage machine and auto-line changeovers based on production requirements.
Requirements- Technical diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics preferred).
- Extensive experience in the maintenance and optimization of semi-automatic and fully automatic assembly lines.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex automated systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Deep understanding of ISO standards and cleanroom hygiene protocols.
- Demonstrated ability to manage spare part inventories and maintenance schedules.
- Strong leadership skills to train staff and drive production efficiency.
