Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on designing, implementing, and optimizing automation systems. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting automation systems, integrating robotic solutions, enhancing process control, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the efficiency and reliability of automated machinery. The role will also involve hands-on contributions to the design and development of electrical systems and process layouts.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues in automation systems with a detail-oriented approach.
• Strong understanding and application of Process Control methodologies and techniques.
• Expertise in Electrical Engineering principles, including circuit design and system analysis.
• Experience in Automation technologies and their integration into operational processes.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of safety standards and compliance frameworks in industrial automation.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in industrial automation, manufacturing, or a related sector is highly desirable.
