Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Automation Engineer with expertise in Python automation, AI/LLM integration, cloud technologies, and automated testing frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intelligent automation solutions that streamline business processes, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable business impact through AI-driven innovations.
Key Responsibilities
Python Automation & Process Optimization
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based automation frameworks to eliminate repetitive manual tasks.
- Build robust automation solutions that integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems, APIs, and business workflows.
- Optimize existing processes through intelligent automation and workflow orchestration.
AI Integration & Prompt Engineering
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), AI services, and NLP capabilities into business applications and operational workflows.
- Develop and refine complex prompts to enhance AI performance, decision-making, and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI-driven process improvements.
AI-Driven Test Automation
- Build and maintain web automation testing frameworks from scratch using Selenium and/or Playwright.
- Implement AI-assisted validation mechanisms for automated testing, regression testing, and anomaly detection.
- Ensure software quality through scalable and maintainable test automation strategies.
Cloud AI & Data Engineering
- Leverage Google Cloud Platform services including Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Run, and related AI/ML tools.
- Design and implement vectorization pipelines and retrieval-based AI solutions.
- Utilize cloud-native services to deploy, monitor, and scale AI-powered applications.
Analytics & Business Impact Measurement
- Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure the effectiveness of AI and automation initiatives.
- Use SQL, APIs, and BI tools to analyze performance metrics and quantify ROI, including time savings, productivity gains, and risk reduction.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Python programming and automation framework development.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, and prompt engineering.
- Experience building automated testing frameworks using Selenium and/or Playwright.
- Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, including Vertex AI, BigQuery, and Cloud Run.
- Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and AI-powered search solutions.
- Strong SQL and API integration skills.
- Experience with BI and reporting tools for performance tracking and analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
