ABOUT THE COMPANY:

The company works with leading OEMs such as L&T, Ammann, Volvo, JCB, CNH and Atlas Copco, catering to industries including Road Construction, Mining, Agriculture and Aerial Platforms.The role offers an opportunity to work in a growing organisation with exposure to both technical and managerial development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Understand and analyse complete customer requirements.
. Develop logical and analytical solutions based on customer requirements.
. Work on formulation and mathematical modelling as required.
. Apply control engineering concepts, including control loops and PID.
. Coordinate with customers and internal teams to understand and address technical requirements.
. Continuously upgrade technical knowledge and adapt to evolving requirements.
. Support on-site customer requirements and troubleshooting activities.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
. Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
. Good understanding of control engineering concepts, including PID and control loops.
. Good aptitude and problem-solving ability.
. Basic knowledge of PLC programming.
. Basic knowledge of HMI programming.
. Strong English communication skills with the ability to interact with customers and internal teams.
. Quick learner with a willingness to develop new skills.
. Willingness to travel onsite across PAN India.

QUALIFICATION:
. B.E. / B.Tech in Mechatronics, Instrumentation & Control, Electronics & Communication, or Power Electronics.
