Senior Automation Developer (UiPath)

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Automation Developer with strong expertise in UiPath development, production support, and automation operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting enterprise-grade automations, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring automation stability in business-critical environments.

This role requires strong debugging capabilities, root cause analysis skills, and experience working with UiPath Orchestrator, queue-based automations, and Document Understanding solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze production failures and resolve issues within defined SLA timelines.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex automation issues using UiPath logs, Orchestrator logs, queue transaction analysis, and exception traces.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
• Handle production incidents, priority tickets, and critical escalations.
• Perform hotfixes and production bug fixes with quick turnaround times.
• Monitor automation performance and ensure minimal downtime in production environments.
• Collaborate with support teams, QA teams, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Support deployment validation and post-production monitoring activities.
• Maintain issue tracking, RCA documentation, and support records.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of existing automation solutions.
