About the Role:

We are looking for experienced Programmers who can build and customize automation solutions across both Home Automation and Commercial AV projects. The role requires strong technical capability, problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience in integrated automation environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize automation solutions for residential and commercial projects
• Program, configure, and integrate AV and automation systems
• Work closely with application engineers and project teams during execution and commissioning
• Troubleshoot programming and system-level issues during deployment
• Ensure seamless integration between devices, control systems, and software platforms
• Support testing, commissioning, and final system handover
• Maintain documentation related to programming and project configurations
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to understand project requirements and deliver customized solutions

Requirements:

• Experience in both Home Automation and Commercial AV projects is mandatory
• Strong expertise in automation programming and integrated AV systems
• Ability to build customized solutions based on project requirements
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
• Candidates with only residential project experience will not be considered
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and execution discipline
• Preference for candidates with stable work history and collaborative team experience
