Where Is The Work:

Standard Schedule – 4 days in office, 1-day flexible work location

Outstation travel expectation for this role is estimated at approximately 25-30%, which will include international travel.

What Will You Do:

In this role you will:

  • Execute a broad range of audit and compliance initiatives with guidance from senior team members and the EMEA management team.
  • Serve as the auditor-in-charge to lead audit projects.
  • Manage planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases of audit engagements while guiding assigned staff.
  • Conduct in-depth evaluations of internal controls, compliance with corporate policies, regulatory standards, and operational practices.
  • Leverage data analytics and collaborate with peer groups including IT Audit, SOX Compliance, and global Assurance & Advisory teams.
  • Prepare well-organized, concise, and accurate working papers.
  • Analyze evidence, draw conclusions, and recommend improvements to mitigate identified risks.
  • Validate audit findings with business and functional leaders and support development of final reports.
  • Draft timely, clear, and well-supported audit reports.
  • Continuously develop technical skills in accounting, auditing, technology, and related areas.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and organizational initiatives as needed.

What You Will Bring:

  • 5+ years of relevant audit, consulting, or manufacturing accounting experience (public accounting preferred)
  • A Chartered Accountant (C.A) qualification is mandatory. CIA preferred (or actively pursuing certification)
  • Strong understanding of internal audit fundamentals, internal controls, and regulatory compliance
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word; Oracle R12 experience preferred
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across regions, business units, and functions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation of findings and recommendations
  • High ethical standards, professionalism, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong rapport with team members and stakeholders
  • Positive attitude, confidence, and poise under pressure
