The Team
The Senior Associate, Workday Reporting sits within the Self-Service Enablement pillar of the Global People Data Analytics & Reporting (PDAR) function. This role is responsible for building and maintaining scalable Workday and Power BI reporting products that enable HR and business stakeholders to serve themselves with consistent, trusted people data. The Senior Associate will drive adoption of self-service reporting through training, usability, and a well-governed reporting catalogue, while managing incoming demand through an SLA-based intake model and rationalizing duplicate reports into a single source of truth.
How You Will Contribute
- Build, configure, and maintain advanced Workday reports (custom, composite, matrix) and dashboards / Discovery Boards to meet global and regional reporting needs
- Develop and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting products with reliable, automated data refreshes
- Establish and curate a centralized Workday reporting catalogue, standardizing report definitions and decommissioning duplicate or obsolete assets
- Drive adoption of self-service reporting through stakeholder training, documentation, and usability enhancements
- Manage reporting requests through an SLA-based intake and ticketing model, ensuring timely and consistent delivery
- Partner with the Data Foundation & Governance pillar to ensure reports use aligned, governed metric definitions
- Translate stakeholder requirements into well-designed, reusable reporting solutions rather than one-off outputs
- Support the migration and rationalization of legacy and duplicate dashboards into a single source of truth
- Troubleshoot report performance, data discrepancies, and access / security configurations in Workday
- Contribute to reporting standards, templates, and best practices across the PDAR team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field preferred
- Strong foundational knowledge of Workday HRIS system
- 5+ years of experience in HR reporting
- Expertise in Workday reporting (custom reports, calculated fields and dashboards)
- Power BI development skills (data modelling, DAX, Power Query, dataset management)
- Solid understanding of HR data and governance principles
- Experience operating an SLA-based reporting intake or ticketing model preferred
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into solutions
- Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment across time zones
