Senior Associate

Job Description

 Handle the entire travel lifecycle, from booking flights and hotels to managing expenses and ensuring compliance with travel policies

 Working on completing data quality checks and completing invoicing activities on multiple tools

 Communicate with the vendors (Hotels, Airlines and Car Rental Companies) through outbound calls/emails.

 Adherence to defined KPI/SLA of the process

 Will work on a 24/7 shift schedule including graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Candidates should have good hands on GDS tools. (Candidates with experience in B2B and B2C candidates both can apply )

2 days off (Rotational Shift and Rotational off)

Qualification - Graduation

Job Location - Gurgaon

Experience minimum 1 year in travel domain (Blended process)

Salary for B2B experience - 50K

Salary for B2C experience - 42K
