Timings: 8:00 PM 5:00 AM IST (US shift)

About the Role

We are looking for ahighly creative and technically strong Senior Video Editorwith 35 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should be able to think conceptually, handle end-to-end editing, guide junior editors, and create premium-quality content for brand, commercial, and social media use.

This role requires someone with a deep sense of storytelling, pacing, motion graphics, and attention to aesthetic detailing.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the entire video editing process from raw footage to final output.

Edit high-quality videos for campaigns, ads, brand films, YouTube, reels, and product videos.

Add advanced transitions, motion graphics, animations, sound design, and color grading.

Ideate concepts and contribute to creative direction for shoots and campaigns.

Guide junior editors with structured feedback and quality checks.

Manage media assets, file organization, and project workflows efficiently.

Collaborate with designers, marketers, and creative directors to maintain brand identity.

Stay updated with editing trends, reel styles, effects, and global-level editing techniques.

Deliver multiple videos under deadlines while maintaining top quality.

Requirements

35 years of professional video editing experience(brand/agency/production).

Expert-level skills inAdobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve.

Strong understanding of storytelling, cinematics, shot selection, pacing, and visual rhythm.

Ability to create polished, premium-quality edits with clean transitions and smooth flow.

Experience in color correction and color grading.

Strong understanding of audio mixing, SFX, and sound design.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects end-to-end.

A strong showreel/portfolio demonstrating advanced-level edits (mandatory).

Nice-to-Have Skills

Motion graphics expertise (text animations, logo animations, graphical elements).

Basic 3D animation knowledge (Blender/C4D) bonus but not mandatory.

Ability to guide shoots (framing, lighting, shot planning).

Experience working with short-form + long-form content both.
