Core Direct Tax Role & responsibilities:

• We offer a wide range of US tax services for corporations, individuals, investment funds etc. Our services comprise of both direct and indirect corporate, individual, partnership tax compliances, advisory, due diligence, health check services etc.
• Preparation of corporate tax returns and other supporting forms such as 5472, 8883, 965, 5471, 8621, 926, 4562 etc.
• Preparation of pro forma K1 for U.S investors and other allied forms
• Preparation of individual tax returns and other allied forms such as FBAR's, Form 1116, 5471 etc.
• Review and filing of sales and use tax returns
• US tax advisory, due diligence, direct and indirect state tax nexus analysis and other retainer services
