Senior Associate- Technical Writer

Your Profile

We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer to join our Knowledge Management team with 2-5 years of experience. In this role, you will be responsible for updating SOPs, job aids, and process flows tailored for customer support professionals. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a dynamic environment. They must also have the ability to grasp client process requirements, adhere to KM style guides, and deliver high-quality products to end users.

• Follow established technical writing style/standards to consistently produce clear, coherent, and standardized documentation that improves user engagement.
• Meticulously edit content to ensure technical accuracy and grammatical correctness, to ensure clarity and professionalism in all documentation.
• Accurately publish updates in SharePoint as per defined service level agreement to meet the performance standards.
• Understand client requirements and propose solutions to meet requirements.
• Suggest best practices and optimizations to create streamlined processes.
• Work collaboratively with SMEs, quality engineers, product managers, and usability experts to produce quality user documentation.

Your Role

• Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science/English/Mass Communication or an equivalent degree)
• Technical Writing Certification
• Proficient working with Enterprise Content Management Systems like SharePoint and authoring tools like Adobe Technical Communication Suite and MS office

• Possess strong analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Creative and critical thinking skills to solve customer problems.
