About The Role
We are looking for an Associate / Senior Associate, Quality Assurance (2-5 years experience) to join our growing Technology team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate is passionate about quality engineering, embraces AI-assisted testing practices, and has experience testing modern CMS-driven websites and digital platforms.
Experience with WordPress, Contentful, or large-scale website migration projects is highly desirable. You should be comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment and have a strong foundation in both functional and automation testing.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Development, and Content teams to ensure high-quality delivery of digital products and web applications
- Design, execute, and maintain effective test scenarios, test cases, and regression suites for new features and enhancements
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution while providing clear risk assessments and quality recommendations
- Perform functional, integration, regression, cross-browser, and responsive testing across web platforms
- Contribute to test automation initiatives by developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks
- Leverage AI-powered tools and assistants to improve test design, test coverage, defect analysis, and overall QA efficiency
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, release validation, and quality planning discussions
- Support content and platform validation activities for CMS-driven websites, including migration and transformation initiatives where applicable
Who You Are
- 2-5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance for web applications and digital platforms
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, test design techniques, defect lifecycle, and QA best practices
- Experience in functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing
- Good understanding of test automation concepts and hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or similar frameworks
- Programming and scripting skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman or equivalent
- Familiarity with AI-assisted testing approaches and the effective use of AI tools to improve QA productivity and quality outcomes
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery practices
- Self-driven, adaptable, and passionate about continuously learning emerging technologies and QA practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience testing WordPress and/or Contentful-based websites and digital experiences
- Exposure to website migration projects, particularly CMS migration initiatives
- Knowledge of accessibility (ADA/WCAG), SEO validation, and web performance testing
- Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar DevOps tools
