Role- Senior Associate/Team Lead- Content writing
Corporate Communications team

Roles And Responsibilities
- The candidate will be the key content writer for all content about internal/external communications, newsletters, press releases, fact sheets, brochures, and emailers amongst others.
- Reviewing and rewriting - Q&A documents, website content, journals, trend stories, feature articles, social media posts.
- The role will involve planning and coordinating with internal business teams, R&D and agency partners among other stakeholders.
- To comprehend, plan, ideate, and execute all content communication calendars suited for digital internal, external, and across print medium.
- Develop internal communications and ensure maximum reach by leveraging appropriate channels. This includes collaterals for presentation templates, brochures, corporate profiles, newsletters, news bulletins, organizational announcements, and other internal emails.
- Experience in content writing (long-form and social media content), Integrated marketing, and brand partnerships across media
- Collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure the timely circulation of communications and provide communication support to business functions
- Strengthen Company narrative with social media posts and timely website updates
- Ensure consistency of tone and written language across key organizational content assets
Key Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Journalism, media, communication, 3-7 yrs experience, PR-centric qualification, high editorial standards, excellent writing skills, dons the role of a professional proofreader at times with an eye for typos and grammar, excellent storytelling skills (written and verbal) with an ability to turn around compelling copy and articles in quick time.
Ability to multitask and is comfortable working seamlessly with different stakeholder groups.
A team player willing to go the extra mile, take ownership and work independently on key projects
A self-starter who is passionate about storytelling and writing across mediums.
