We have created a culture that enables talent to flourish, encouraging entrepreneurship, fostering team spirit, and continually building mutual trust.Job Responsibilities:As a JCR - Sourcing Specialist, you will be a part of the core team of Randstad Enterprise.You will effectively use Boolean operators to create complex search strings to tap niche job leads.Source job postings from a wide range of job boards (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, Country specific job boards, etc.) and company websites.Track trends in job postings across geographies and industries.Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency according to internal quality standards.Working on Randstad's proprietary Tool to identify appropriate jobs leads for our clients from various countries and demonstrate advanced sourcing techniques to tap niche job leads.Monitor emerging job boards and online recruiting platforms.Strong team contributor and collaborator partnering with seniors and leads on developing new search ideas.Must Skills:A minimum of 1 year of recruiting and sourcing experience supporting the North America (US) market is required. A Bachelor's degree is must.Ability to demonstrate creative sourcing techniques like refined xray, Boolean searches, Passive Internet search, LinkedIn, etc.Familiarity with major job boards and online recruitment platforms.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Proficient in Excel/Google SheetsAbility to work independently and manage multiple sourcing tasks simultaneously.Is this the job for you We would love to hear from you!
