Initiate and track all pre-placement screenings and ensure 100% completion of Right to Workand customer-specific verification requirements.. Act as the central liaison between candidates and hiring managers, providing real-time statusupdates and cleared to start notifications.. Execute the Ready to Hire process in ATS. Drive outreach and engagement from offeracceptance to Day 1. Ensure new hires are accurately placed on orders and assignments with total data precision.. Address candidate enquiries and navigate onboarding hurdles by connecting talent with theappropriate internal contacts.What we would like you to have:. Strong proficiency in both Microsoft 365 (Teams, Excel, PPT) and Google Workspace (Gmail,Sheets, Slides).. Strong judgment and the ability to resolve complex, non-routine issues in fast-pacedenvironments with limited standardization..
