Job Description

Duties/ Responsibilities

  • Review candidate resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct candidate interviews.
  • Complete the SCORE evaluation after each interview.
  • Coordinate candidate further interview rounds who exceed qualification thresholds for final consideration.
  • End to end daily operations management.
  • Focus on raising qualification standards and targeting specific trades to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with client representatives and Project Coordinators to define qualification requirements for each trade.
  • Stakeholder management and process governance.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and client guidelines.
  • Follow clear handoff procedures and inspection processes to ensure smooth candidate transitions.
  • Maintain consistent communication with Project Coordinators to build trust and alignment.
  • Experienced in Candidate outreach connects, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate interview, score candidates
  • Proficient in handling phone-based conversation (dialing outbound calls to prospective candidates)
  • Additional channel support via Emails, Chat will be plus.
  • Good Communication & Comprehension Skills (Read, Speak, Write) - Versant Score Cutoff 75 (C1 Advanced)
  • Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Knowledge of any Application Tracking System (iCIMS)
  • Proficiency in computer applications & MS office skills
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of employees and individuals
  • Engages in professional development to continuously grow in profession and remain current.
  • Strong interpersonal people management skills & client management skills
  • Responds to all requests and communications in a timely and thorough manner
  • US Shift Timing Working (EST/PST) - with some stretch during peak days. Work mode As per Outscale Partners Hybrid Policy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree: Any Graduate
  • 2.5 - 5 years of experience in Recruitment, RPO Talent Acquisition, Customer service / role or similar
