What you'll do
- Managed end-to-end recruitment for non-tech roles across Content, Business, and Enablement functions (HR, Finance, Legal)
- Sourced and built a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through multiple channels.
- Ensured a seamless candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
- Conducted evaluations and interviews; presented shortlisted candidates and refined hiring strategies based on manager feedback.
- Maintained accurate and up-to-date hiring trackers and new joiner databases.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3-6 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting within a fast-paced B2C environment.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and collaboration with business leaders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment with high attention to detail.
- Experience using multiple hiring portals.
- Keen to take up additional TA operational responsibilities
