Designation - Senior Associate – Talent Acquisition

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Associate – Talent Acquisition to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the EdTech industry and possess a strong track record of managing bulk hiring along with sales and non-sales recruitment. This role requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, build strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure timely closure of critical hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales and non-sales functions across the organization.
  • Drive bulk hiring initiatives while maintaining quality of hire and turnaround time.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen, assess, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare recruitment reports, hiring dashboards, and MIS for leadership review.
  • Maintain recruitment data and ensure compliance with internal hiring processes.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred).
  • Minimum 4 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Mandatory experience working in an EdTech organization.
  • Proven experience in bulk hiring.
  • Hands-on experience hiring for both Sales and Non-Sales roles.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment portals.

  • Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment analytics.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
