Business Function

Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Job Purpose

To support RMs and drafting legal documentation

Key Accountabilities

Responsible / Responsive on open exception

Manage various stake holders , having good communication skill

Good subject knowledge on security clauses / documentation

Self driven on closing security perfection

Good tracking skills

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Preparation of OL
  • Drafting of variation memo as per variance requested by customer on legal documents
  • Liaising with Legal , risk and BU to seek approval along with RM's
  • Liaising with customers and Legal team for execution of documents and collecting all KYC docs pertaining to execution from customers
  • Closure of all pre- activation points raised by CCU for limit loading
  • In case of FCL liaising with Legal/ Agent bank / SG team for closure of any observation of FA prior to execution . Preparation of Instruction form for execution of FA
  • Follow up with Agent bank / HO legal for CP's and legal opinion prior to draw down
  • Ensuring Closure of all pre-activation points for FCL Loans
  • Liaising with SG ops / India ops to ensure funds are remitted without any delays
  • Liaising with Agent bank / Trustee bank for getting the draft f joint security docs and getting same cleared by legal team
  • Follow up with Customer and other Banks for PP letters
  • Getting issues resolved in case of any variance in PP letter with support from Legal & CCU
  • Assistance to RM in case of long standing overdue of critical docs
  • Intimating customers for rollover / repayment of STL's
  • Drafting of Fee forms for fee booking and liaising with HO finance for passing of necessary entries
  • Issuance of renewal letter
  • Seeking security extension from appropriate authority in case of over due with suitable justification
