What we are looking to hire :

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator to join our Social & Content team. This role will be responsible for creating engaging, platform-native content that supports brand awareness, thought leadership, campaigns, events, product marketing, and audience engagement across RateGain's social media channels.

The ideal candidate is a strong content creator who understands how to translate marketing messages into compelling social posts, short-form videos, graphics, captions, and campaign assets. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced marketing environment and collaborating with internal teams to bring content ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop static posts, short-form videos, captions, carousels, reels, and campaign content. Support the execution of the social media content calendar.
  • Repurpose blogs, webinars, reports, events, product updates, and leadership content into social-first formats.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, product marketing, demand generation, and regional teams to gather inputs and create content.
  • Ensure all content follows brand guidelines, tone of voice, and platform best practices.
  • Monitor trends and recommend creative content ideas relevant to the brand and audience.
  • Support basic reporting on content performance and use insights to improve future content.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency across all social content.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in social media content creation, content marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to write clear, concise, and engaging social copy.
  • Experience creating content for LinkedIn and Instagram is required.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar design/video editing tools.
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics and platform best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple content requests and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, travel, hospitality, marketing technology, or agency environments.
  • Experience creating short-form video content, reels, carousels, and executive thought leadership content.
  • Understanding of employer branding and corporate social media content.
